Your enquiry is the starting point, not a confirmed order. We will review your ideas and confirm what can be made, the price and the estimated production and shipping times before you decide to proceed.

You do not need to have every detail worked out. A simple idea is enough to start the conversation.

From idea to proposal

We will discuss your project with you, review the materials, dimensions and design, and prepare a proposal. Production begins only after the details and order arrangements have been agreed.

Production and delivery

For personalised projects, production and delivery estimates are confirmed individually according to the design and scope of the work.

For existing WUKRA designs made to order in Ukraine, please allow approximately one month for production, followed by around one week for shipping, depending on your destination.

A small selection of pieces is currently in stock in Barcelona. For available stock, please allow approximately one week from purchase to delivery, depending on your destination.

Production and shipping are separate stages. Shipping is not included in product prices; for a personalised project, shipping costs will be confirmed as part of your proposal.
